Well, oj simpson is back in the news with a 3 ½ million book
deal. and TV special about how he WOULD have killed his wife IF
he DID kill his wife (and Ron Goldman). In case that seems too
bizarre to be true, keep in mind that there has been a
precedent. Recall serial killer ted bundy? While in prison
awaiting eventual execution, but still maintaining his
innocence, bundy was approached by an author who got him to
reveal intimate details of his murderous spree by creating the
façade of employing bundy’s expertise to quote "get into
the mind of the serial killer" and speculate on what might
have transpired. Using this obvious ruse, bundy revealed many
details of his crimes, while not legally incriminating himself,
which hopefully provided something of value to his victims
relatives, as well as to anyone trying to figure out the mind of
a sexual predator and serial killer. So this idea of an
unrepentant killer speculating over the crime he denies
committing is not a new one. Lets face it. We live in a very
bizarre world, and this latest twist is simply one more example.
Next item: I found an interesting item in the weekly
astrology forcast I read. The former KGB spy Alexander
Litvinenko, was poisoned with JUST enough radioactive
polonium-210 to make him SUFFER a long and painful death before
it killed him. Not too much to kill him immediately but more
than could be cured. The slow, painful poisoning sends a crystal
clear, Saturn/Pluto kind of message to all critics of the abuse
of power, authority, structures, earth, corporations and
governments. Im sure listeners have heard of this news, but did
you read his death bed statement? Its really quite poetic, In
it, Litvinenko accused Vladimir Putin, the leader of Russia,
ashis killer"… as I lie here I can distinctly hear the
beating of wings of the angel of death. I may be able to give
him the slip but I have to say my legs do not run as fast as I
would like. I think, therefore, that this may be the time to say
one or two things to the person responsible for my present
condition. You may succeed in silencing me but that silence
comes at a price. You have shown yourself to be as barbaric and
ruthless as your most hostile critics have claimed. You have
shown yourself to have no respect for life, liberty or any
civilized value. You have shown yourself to be unworthy of your
office, to be unworthy of the trust of civilized men and women.
You may succeed in silencing one man but the howl of protest
from around the world will reverberate, Mr. Putin, in your ears
for the rest of your life. May God forgive you for what you have
done, not only to me but to beloved Russia and its people."
Next item: king geo the feeble minded was recently quoted
regarding his adventure in iraq: ‘We will succeed unless we
quit". mark stanearts comment included a quote from a
letter to the sf chron: "In Viet Nam, we didn’t fail
because we quit; we quit because we failed." My comment:
Only one small problem with the logic behind kjng geo’s
statement. Neither he nor anyone one else amongst his cabal has
ever elucidated how the govt that claims to represent us defines
success in iraq. How can we succeed if we refuse to define what
constitutes success? Or am I being picky by asking that the govt,
while they are avoiding reality, to at least be logical? That’s
me. Picky
picky.
Next item: Im not a lawyer, and even if I was, that does not
mean I would be conversant on this arcane aspect of the law, so
I cant speak to its validity, but I have run across this
principle before, of our nation secretly being under admirality
law, and one piece of evidence cited was the gold border around
the us flag prominent in every court. This gold bordered flag is
purported to be an admiralty flag, identifying the court as
being under admiralty law. a listener sent in the following
article, from a web posting. From: Big Al Subject: Habeas is a
PRIVILEGE
Contrary to what everyone believes, the Habeas Corpus is not
a right. It is a privilege. It is stated well in the National
Security Law, by Little and Brown & Co. ISBN 0-316-09228-2.
It's $104 bucks from Amazon. A friend, James Montgomery obtained
this book from a lawyer he met. The lawyer acknowledges we are
under admiralty law and are solidly under War Powers since 1863.
I skimmed the book when James was visiting and that caught my
eye. The info on Whiting and the War powers is laced throughout
this book . The lawyer told James that there is no definition in
law on just what constitutes Martial Law. It is up to those in
power to define it this book is loaded with federalist papers
writings and the authors, all professors of law, admit that the
powers of the President in war is not discussed at all. Geo
Washington took advantage of this lack of direction in 1791 and
adopted his own power to go against the constitution and
institute the First Bank under war powers. A web poster calling
himself the Informer stated this in his articles on atgpress on
war powers. James said this lawyer was well versed in this
aspect of law and gave James this book, stating that he needed
to read this as it is telling how the present government
operates today. So I suggest you locate this book and read for
yourself how we are being raped, pillaged and plundered by the
very government you believe is to protect us for it seems no one
believes what James and I and the Informer and a few others
write. You will see how, through the inception of this country,
we, the common man and woman have been played big time and
explains what we researchers have said--- You will not win in
their private courts when going against them,. This explains and
answers a lot of questions and is all in one book and it is
about 763 pages. It is written so that you do not go to sleep
reading it. So you might want to spread this around to people I
can't reach in other groups. Signed big al
Next item: tt hipp reported on tues that king geo the feeble
minded has allocated $500,000 of someones money for his
presidential library. That is beyond hilarious. Since the guy
admits he doesn’t read books, one has to question what exactly
will be in his library. Oh yeah, presidential papers. One small
problem: since king geo has presided over the most secretive
presidency in history, one must assume that all documents in his
archival library will be blank, redacted, or stapled shut with
the notation "cannot be read in the interests of national
security". I can see it now. A magnificent edifice,
rivaling one of saddams palaces, and carved into stone over the
entrance are the words, "To the American people: we got it
in here, but you cant read it". What a legacy.
