Next item: David M. Bresnahan Versailles, Mo. -- Perhaps the most controversial documentary produced about the 9-11 attacks was recently aired on Australia's "TEN" television network and placed second in the ratings. Despite efforts to suppress the information and questions raised in "911 - In Plane Site," an increasing number of military experts and commercial airline pilots are coming forward to support and validate the information contained in the documentary. Many are now calling for a re-opening of the investigation into the September 11 attacks. The 90-minute program was aired nation-wide in Australia and resulted in a much higher than usual response from viewers. "Normally, we receive 12 to 24 calls after airing a TV show. After airing '911 - In Plane Site' we received 548 calls. Only 8 were negative," said Monica Forlano of the "TEN" program scheduling department. Callers requested that the show be aired a second time. E-mails poured into the producers of "911 - In Plane Site" expressing support and appreciation for the production, as well as sadness, fear and anger because of the apparent cover-up of facts about the tragedy, according to the report in the documentary. Dave vonKleist, producer of the documentary, said he is hopeful that the attention the video has received in Australia will prompt U.S. networks to give serious consideration to airing the program. "The compelling evidence presented so authoritatively in the documentary needs to be shown to the people of the world. The story we have been told and the evidence just do not match. The American people have a right to see this," said vonKleist. "Every country has been dramatically affected by 9-11, and the evidence indicates that we all have been lied to by government officials. The public and the media have been deceived. Journalists have a responsibility to be the eyes and ears of the public, and to hold public officials accountable. Now that this evidence is available journalists should be anxious to bring it to light for public examination," he added. Information about the documentary can be found on a web site maintained by vonKleist at http://www.911inplanesite.com. He and his wife Joyce Riley are co-hosts of "The Power Hour," an independently syndicated radio program with at web site athttp://www.ThePowerHour.com.

Next item: there is an initiative up for vote this nov that should concern all citizens. If passed by voters in November, Proposition 89 would provide full public financing for candidates running for the state Assembly, Senate, and all statewide offices. Candidates would be held accountable only to voters, not major donors who can fill their campaign coffers and is modeled on the successful systems that are in seven states and two cities. The opponents of this intitiative are interesting. Amongst them, The California Chamber of Commerce has joined forces with the California Business Roundtable and the California Taxpayers Association to try and defeat Proposition 89. These organizations know that if Proposition 89 passes they will no longer be able to buy influence and access from elected officials in California. These organizations have seen the positive effects of Clean Elections in Maine and Arizona. They want to keep the power their money buys them in Sacramento and will do anything to keep Proposition 89 from passing. I suggest that those of you who watch tv pay attention to adds pro and con regarding prop 89. it could get interesting.

Next item: heres a good one for you conspiracy theorists. Remember all the hoo haa about maybe we never really went to the moon or conversely that we did but what we discovered was so surprising and controversial that the tapes of our astronauts landing on the moon were fabricated? Well, one way to check that out would be to carefully view the tapes, ncest pas? Except you cant do that anymore. It seems the govt lost the tapes. Oooops. WASHINGTON (Aug. 15) - The U.S. government has misplaced the original recording of the first moon landing, including astronaut Neil Armstrong's famous "one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind," a NASA spokesman said on Monday. Armstrong's famous space walk, seen by millions of viewers on July 20, 1969, is among transmissions that NASA has failed to turn up in a year of searching, spokesman Grey Hautaloma said. . In all, some 700 boxes of transmissions from the Apollo lunar missions are missing, he said. NASA has retained copies of the television broadcasts and offers several clips on its Web site. But those images are of lower quality than the originals stored on the missing magnetic tapes. Because NASA's equipment was not compatible with TV technology of the day, the original transmissions had to be displayed on a monitor and re-shot by a TV camera for broadcast. The material was held by the National Archives but returned to NASA sometime in the late 1970s, he said. "We're looking for paperwork to see where they last were," he said

Next item: Twin Towers wreckage turning up all over the place By Jerry Mazza Online Journal . And you thought all the 9/11 WTC wreckage was swept up in eight months and sent to be smelted in foreign countries or secret places in our own strange land, right? And that the rest of the rubble was buried in Fresh Kills, Staten Island. So did I. But now it turns out that some of the last remains of the Towers are being stored in an 80,000-square-foot hangar at JFK International Airport in New York. This fact comes from the fifth paragraph of an article Fragments of Twin Towers may return to Coatesville by Jennifer Miller at DailyLocal.com. It’s a story about Coatesville, Pennsylvania, wanting to get some WTC steel "trees" for the future National Iron & Steel Heritage Museum. Welll now, how about giving some steel "trees" to some 9-11 scientists and engineers? To see if the steel is still strong or if there is any evidence of explosives on them or to test their melting points. I mean since NYPA officials are accommodating these Coatesville folks, let’s remind them there is a 9-11 Truth Movement concerned with all these little details in little ole New York City, where the tragedy occurred. And this movement lives around the nation and the world as well. Warship built out of Twin Towers Wreckage. Yes, you read correctly.. This tale, which surfaced on May 22, 2006, from the London Times Online shows and tells us about The USS New York being built in New Orleans using some 24 tons of steel taken from the collapsed World Trade Centers. In fact, "after a brief ceremony in 2003, about seven tons of steel were melted down and poured into a cast to make the bow section of the ship’s hull "New York authorities have the awesome problem of disposing of the 1.62 million tons of rubble that went to the nearby Fresh Kills landfill from the World Trade Center site. Some memorial sculptures made from recycled steel have been commissioned by the city, and tribute sculptures have now been erected in many civic and private facilities throughout the country." "The awesome problem" they have is 1.62 million tons of steel and not a ton for testing? I mean it sounds like they don’t know what to do with it. Why not let us test a few thousand tons of it, every which way we can. This is live evidence which can serve for justice to the dead.
