Oct 19 and 26th commentary
"For links to the articles I read on the air, guest
websites, archived shows, my commentaries, a listener's
discussion forum, and the text of mark stannearts lastest
commentary, visit: www.rabblerousing.org."
well I didn’t get to read last weeks commentary, so this
one will be a long one. Get ready. first item: im often quick to
report the failures and treasonous activities of king george and
his handlers, so in fairness, I want to report a glorious
success for the bush cabal. They have succeeded in bringing
American style elections to iraq. The recent Iraqi election was
barely 2 days old when charges of massive vote fraud emerged.
Since no adult male Iraqi considers himself well dressed unless
he goes out into the street wearing a gun, one might suspect
that some voter intimidation might have taken place, and it
probably did, but what caught many observers eyes was the
statistical miracle of several key areas wherein more votes were
counted then there were registered voters. A contaminated
election, imagine that? Yes indeedee, the Iraqis are well on
their way to establishing democracy, American style.
Next item: I just caught the tail end of this mornings bbc
news, wherin they reported that a Spanish judge had indicted 3
american soldiers for the war crime of deliberetly killing a
Spanish journalist in iraq. Funny thing. Npr news this morning
made no mention of this story. Since npr didn’t consider it
important, I guess it wasn’t, I apologize for bothering you.
But perhaps it is important. The American military is finally
being held responsible for its misdeeds. Slowly the wheel turns.
The chickens are gradually coming home to roust. Thank you spain,
and Belgium, for being progressive enuff and courageous enuff to
declare that crimes against humanity anywhere on earth are
punishable in their courts. Anyone still wonder why the us govt
consistently refuses to sign any agreements to establish any
sort of world court? Our political leaders and their advisors
are war criminals, pure and simple. And the wheels of justice
are beginning to turn. Donald rumsfeld had to cancel a trip to
some European countries because he faced arrest there. Slowly,
ever so slowly, amidst the darkness, the light is beginning to
shine. The slumbering beast of world opinion is beginning to
awaken, and to discover that it still has some power. In the
1940’s The world successfully opposed and defeated germany and
the nazis. Time will tell if it can successfully oppose and
defeat, the American neocons, the new Nazis now ruling America.
next item: this was sent in by a listener. its from the Horse
magazine: After discussing different forms of equine
identification currently available, the NIAA Equine ID
Subcommittee concluded that microchips should be made the
required form of equine identification to best provide for
disease tracking for National Animal Identification System (NAIS)
purposes. Amy Mann, director of health and regulatory affairs
for the American Horse Council and vice chair of the NIAA Equine
Health Committee, said, ". The purpose of such a system is
to permit ‘trace back' within 48 hours of a confirmed
diagnosis of an animal disease." It is a misconception that
there are no equine diseases of significance that require
tracking, .
the listeners comment: first they micro chipped the
animals.
next item : and you thought congressman john Doolittle did
nothing? This from the gv union sat 15 oct
headline states "Doolittle blasts fund for campaign
financing." Wow what a verb-blasts. Melodramatic
stuff that. Here’s the article
House Republican Conference Secretary John T. Doolittle (R-Roseville)[that
sounds important doesn’t it? He’s not just an ordinary
congressman, he’s the republican conference secretary. Back to
the article: doolittile issued a press release this week saying
that having taxpayers fund the Presidential Election Campaign
Fund is wasting hundreds of millions of tax dollars and forcing
taxpayers to fund fringe candidates. Notice how the two items
are linked. Wasting taxpayer money is a sure vote getter
around here. So why not link it to "fringe candidates are
bad, wasteful. Better you should waste your money on major party
candidates, like a, like me. quote Doolittle ."The
Presidential Election Campaign Fund is an antiquated program
that continues to spend tens of millions of tax dollars a year
despite overwhelming opposition to the program from both the
taxpayer and candidates," Doolittle said in a statement
released by his office. "Eliminating this unpopular program
would save taxpayers $240 million over the next five
years."
my comment: the only people who don’t want publicly financed
elections are the major political party candidates themselves,
and their wealthy backers. Both groups fear minor party
candidates, almost as much as they fear the will of the common
people. Democracy is fine in theory but these guys will do
anything to keep it from actually being practiced. They love the
present system whereupon their candidates are funded by
contributions from large corporations and extremely wealthy
private donors. Having any electoral campaign funded directly by
the people scares hell out of them. Thank you john Doolittle for
obscuring this issue, and thanks to the union for allowing him
to spew his nonsense, in fact repeating his point 3 times in one
short article with no rejoinder whatsoever. Its yet another
problem with our political system. Once in office, the
officeholder can spew his spin on anything with no direct
rebuttal possible, simply by issuing a press release. And the
media slavishly reports it, unless of course the candidates spin
is not what the media wants to report.
This from an astrologer who has a website I read.: 1982/83
was Iran Contra in USA history. The same cast of characters
(Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Negroponte) are in charge now. Last week,
our newly formed National Clandestine Service (May 18, 2005) got
its first clandestine leader "Jose", a CIA undercover
operative. "Jose" reports to John Negroponte (b. July
21, 1939). Our National Clandestine Service will spy on us
within our country. All our country’s intelligence operations
report directly to Mr. Negroponte. For those of you with rusty
history brains, Iran-Contra was presented to the American public
as a "rogue" CIA operation run out of the White House
basement by a crazy marine colonel named Oliver North, who had a
secretary named Fawn Hall who shredded stuff so Congress couldn’t
get it. "Plausible deniability" were the key words.
President Reagan knew nothing. Of course, his Vice President,
George "41", was the head of the CIA for a while
there. John Kerry actually investigated Iran-Contra in Senate
hearings. Mr. North laundered money accumulated via illegal arms
sales to Iran to finance an illegal covert war with the Contras.
In 1982, Mr. Negroponte was our ambassador involved in the war
torn Contra country, where there were death squads that led to a
civil war. In 2005, Mr. Negroponte was our second ambassador to
Iraq after our illegal overt invasion and war. There are death
squads in Iraq. A civil war is brewing. Recently, British
"soldiers" or "covert operatives" were
captured, DRESSED IN ARAB GARB, carrying improvised explosive
devices! Mr. Negroponte is working in our country now. His name
means "black bridge". His presence in situations does
seem to bridge things into darkness! There are absolutely
AMAZING progressions and transits in Mr. Negroponte’s chart,
even though we don’t have an accurate birth time. The Latin
root of Conspiracy means "to breathe together." When
are we going to stop believing in lone rogue assassins acting
alone in book binderies and take a look at who is lurking in the
grassy knolls?! This stuff takes PLANNING!

Saddam's Wife Says US Prisoner Isn't Her Husband
By Maxim Pogodin this from last year apr 04
Last week, American authorities arranged a meeting of the
former Iraqi dictator with his wife.
She was the first of Hussein's relatives to meet with the
ex-leader of Iraq at a new place, at the American military base
in Qatar. Accompanied by Sheikh Hamad Al-Tani, Sajida Heiralla
Tuffah has arrived from Syria on his private jet in the end of
March.
The outcome of their meeting turned out to be quite
scandalous. Sajina claims that the person she encountered was
not her husband, but his double.

Now, same source may 05: Did We 'Capture' Saddam - Or
One Of His Doubles?
Compare the alignment and condition of the teeth in
these photos of Saddam, before and after his capture.
Though with age some change could be expected, it is
strange that such crooked teeth could emerge from a once
well doctored smile. You decide. |
I can’t show you the pictures on air of course, but I
looked at them and sure enuff, the teeth indicate two different
guys, not one.
Next item: Cars stolen in US used in suicide attacks
By Bryan Bender in Washington www.smh.com.au which is the sydney
morn herald . The FBI's counterterrorism unit has launched a
broad investigation of US-based theft rings after discovering
some vehicles used in deadly car bombings in Iraq, including
attacks that killed US troops and Iraqi civilians, were probably
stolen in the United States, according to senior US Government
officials. The FBI's deputy assistant director for
counterterrorism, Inspector John Lewis, said the investigation
did not prove the vehicles were stolen specifically for car
bombings in the Middle East, but there was evidence they were
smuggled out of the US by organised criminal networks that
included terrorists and insurgents.Cracking the car-theft rings
and tracing the cars could help identify insurgent leaders and
shut down one of the means used to attack the US-led coalition
and the Iraqi Government, the officials said.
The inquiry began after coalition troops raided a Falluja
bomb factory last November and found a Texas-registered
four-wheel-drive being prepared for a bombing mission.
Investigators said there were several other cases where vehicles
evidently stolen in the US wound up in Syria or other Middle
Eastern countries and ultimately in the hands of Iraqi insurgent
groups, including al-Qaeda in Iraq.
Investigators believed the cars were stolen by local car
thieves in US cities, then smuggled to waiting ships at ports in
Los Angeles, Seattle, and Houston, among other cities. Terrorism
specialists said they believed Iraqi insurgents preferred
American stolen cars because they tended to be larger, blended
in more easily with US convoys, and were harder to identify as
stolen. If you believe the govt spin on that one ive like to
sell you a raffle ticket on the pine st bridge. If you were an
iraqi resistance fighther and you werer looking for a car to
steal, in order to plant a bomb inside. Would you steal one in
the usa and have to transport it back to iraq, or would you
steal one in bagdad? If anyone is stealing cars in the us, and
transporting them to iraq, to be used as car bombs, who is the
only group with means and incentive to do so? 1st
guess; the us military.
this reported in http//iraqwar.mirror-world.ru/article/66432
Iraqis apprehend two Americans disguised as Arabs trying to
detonate a car bomb in a residential neighborhood of western
Baghdad’s al-Ghazaliyah district on Tuesday. A number of
Iraqis apprehended two Americans disguised in Arab dress as they
tried to blow up a booby-trapped car in the middle of a
residential area in western Baghdad on Tuesday.
Residents of western Baghdad’s al-Ghazaliyah district told
Quds Press that the people had apprehended the Americans as they
left their Caprice car near a residential neighborhood in al-Ghazaliyah
on Tuesday afternoon (11 October 2005). Local people found they
looked suspicious so they detained the men before they could get
away. That was when they discovered that they were Americans and
called the Iraqi puppet police.
Five minutes after the arrival of the Iraqi puppet police on
the scene a large force of US troops showed up and surrounded
the area. They put the two Americans in one of their Humvees and
drove away at high speed to the astonishment of the residents of
the area. Quds Press spoke by telephone with a member of the al-Ghazaliyah
puppet police who confirmed the incident, saying that the two
men were non-Arab foreigners but declined to be more precise
about their nationality.
Quds Press pointed out that about a month ago, the Iraqi
puppet police in the southern Iraqi city of al-Basrah arrested
two Britons whom they accused of attempting to cause an
explosion in the city. The Britons were taken into custody by
the Iraqi puppet police only to be broken out of prison by an
assault of British occupation troops. That incident has created
a tense relationship between the British and the local puppet
authorities in al-Basrah, Quds Press noted.
READ ARTICLE ON ARAB SUSPICIONS RE SUICIDE BOMBINGS:
Under the suspicion that there might be a medical marijuana
user or two in my audience, the following article might be of
interest. Marijuana Might Cause New Cell Growth in the Brain
KURT KLEINER - New Scientist (U.K.) A synthetic chemical similar
to the active ingredient in marijuana makes new cells grow in
rat brains. What is more, in rats this cell growth appears to be
linked with reducing anxiety and depression. The results suggest
that marijuana, or its derivatives, could actually be good for
the brain. In mammals, new nerve cells are constantly being
produced in a part of the brain called the hippocampus, which is
associated with learning, memory, anxiety and depression. Other
recreational drugs, such as alcohol, nicotine and cocaine, have
been shown to suppress this new growth. Xia Zhang of the
University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Canada, and colleagues
decided to see what effects a synthetic cannabinoid called HU210
had on rats' brains. They found that giving rats high doses of
HU210 twice a day for 10 days increased the rate of nerve cell
formation, or neurogenesis, in the hippocampus by about
40%. Just like Prozac? A previous study showed that the
antidepressant fluoxetine (Prozac) also increases new cell
growth, and the results indicated that it was this cell growth
that caused Prozac’s anti-anxiety effect. Zhang wondered
whether this was also the case for the cannabinoid, and so he
tested the rats for behavioural changes. When the rats who had
received the cannabinoid were placed under stress, they showed
fewer signs of anxiety and depression than rats who had not had
the treatment. When neurogenesis was halted in these rats using
X-rays, this effect disappeared, indicating that the new cell
growth might be responsible for the behavioural changes. In
another study, Barry Jacobs, a neuroscientist at Princeton
University, gave mice the natural cannabinoid found in
marijuana, THC (D9-tetrahydrocannabinol)). But he says he
detected no neurogenesis, no matter what dose he gave or the
length of time he gave it for. He will present his results at
the Society for Neuroscience meeting in Washington DC in
November. Jacobs says it could be that HU210 and THC do not have
the same effect on cell growth. It could also be the case that
cannabinoids behave differently in different rodent species -
which leaves open the question of how they behave in humans.
Zhang says more research is needed before it is clear whether
cannabinoids could some day be used to treat depression in
humans. Journal reference: Journal of Clinical Investigation
(DOI:10.1172/JCI25509) I was afraid of another clever medical
bulletin hoax on this one so I had my source check on the author
and medical journal and both are genuine.
Speaking of medical marijuana: we just had a pledge drive. If
any folks busy with scissors are listening, when your season is
finished you might want to consider donating to kvmr, and
mentioning this show in particular. You can pledge at any time,
and mentioning you like rabble rousing when you pledge will earn
you brownie points in the eyes of st peter and other assorted
dignitaries. Nuff said.
Why Now is the Worst Time to Own Real Estate
I recently
challenged all subscribers to carefully reconsider their
position on real estate, keeping in mind the global economic
state as we approach the planned World War 3. While
primarily intended for US residents, the principles apply to
home owners in any Western nation. The reason? When
the US economy collapses, all other economies will follow.
Thank you to the almost 40 respondents who took me up on the
challenge by sending details of recent, or imminent sales of
real estate - you have restored my faith in humanity! Here
are 40 individuals (out of 11,000!) who have seen the writing on
the wall and have actually DONE something about it. This
is one bet I'm delighted to lose!
This article elaborates on the reasons for selling your
property as quickly as possible, for those who may still be
undecided, or are completely unaware of the risks in holding
onto property in a falling market.
Let me start by saying I am not an investment advisor, nor a
property broker, nor a legal expert. I don't live in the
US, so I am not fully conversant with the ins and outs of
property ownership and disposal in the US. Obviously you
need to seek your own professional advice before taking any
action. There is a lot of reading here, but this is not
all the information available. I would encourage you to
use this as a starting point for your own research. This
is a serious matter.
I also realize that selling your home is an emotional
decision. It is not an easy decision, and will require
much thought, research and perhaps negotiation with a
significant other in your life.
This series of answers in response to questions raised
provides my reasoning for disposing of real estate, as well as
links for further reading. You should also be aware that
this is NOT an unbiased article: I am unashamedly trying
desperately to convince you to do whatever it takes to achieve
liquidity. The links presented do not present a balanced
view. There are many websites who are still recommending
investment in real estate. Just remember that their
motivation for promoting investment is commission whenever a
property is sold. Their advice is also NOT unbiased.
Question: Why should I sell my home
if the mortgage is fully paid off? I live completely debt
free and selling my property will mean I have to rent
another. How is that a better financial position than
owning my home?
Answer: This is by far the most frequently asked
question in response to the issue of home ownership. It is
an excellent question, but the answer may surprise you.
I'm not going to make any friends saying this, but someone has
to say it:
As a debt-free home owner, you stand to lose the MOST when
the wheels start falling off. Others who have high
mortgages will lose their homes through repossession, but at
least they will not have invested much. The best way you
could reward your economic discipline is to cash in and enjoy
the results of your self control before your home is taken away
from you.
Why could your home be taken away?
Reason 1: Even though you may have fully paid for your
home, you do not enjoy full ownership, and it may be taken from
you at any moment. This was proved in a US Supreme Court
ruling in June 2005. In non-legal terms, the City of New
London, Connecticut won a case which permitted them to forcibly
remove land from an owner, Susette Kelo, so that a city
development could continue. The process is called 'eminent
domain' and the ruling set a precedent for other home
owners. In essence, the decision allows city governments
to take land from one private owner and give it to another if
the government will generate greater tax revenue or other
economic benefits when the land is developed by the new
owner. The case was a complex one, and we will not analyze
the specifics here, but encourage you to do so using the links
below:

Eminent
Domain & the New Orleans Land Grab
Reason 2: If your government doesn't take
your property, an act of God could. Just ask the people of
New Orleans. Insurance companies don't pay out in the case
of an act of God.
Reason 3: Flexibility and a wider range of
options. Only you will be able to decide for yourself how
real the threat of Martial Law is, and the question you need to
answer is whether you would rather have a roof over your head
while bullets are flying around outside, or the freedom to
simply walk away with cash (or rather gold) in hand to choose a
safer area to live in. That decision needs to be made
now. You cannot make a rational decision after
Martial Law is declared, or after the bottom drops out of
the market. What would have happened to Noah and his
entourage if he had waited for raindrops to start falling before
commencing building of his ark?
Reason 4: Past performance of the investment value
of your property is no guarantee of future performance.
This should be obvious, but the reason is more sinister than
most are aware of.
The Federal Reserve Banking System is a privately owned
international banking cartel of wealth beyond comparison, which
collects billions of dollars in interest annually and
distributes the profits to its shareholders. The Fed
manipulates inflationary and deflationary cycles to their
(business) advantage. Depressions are used to confiscate
possessions from those who cannot maintain payments. These
same items are then resold during inflationary cycles.
In short, modern money, and specifically credit, is a game,
and you are trying to partake without knowing the rules, or even
who the real opposition is. You cannot win when odds are
so severely stacked against you, unless luck plays a hand.
Luck has favored millions of home owners to date, but it's time
to cash in your chips.
Alan Greenspan's resignation is, to me, an indication that he
does not want his reputation tarnished now that the next
deflationary cycle is planned. He knows what's coming and
wants no part of it. Neither should you.

Strategic
Wealth: How the Money System Works
Question: What if I sell my home and nothing
happens economically or militarily? I will have no home
and will have used my capital to pay rent.
Answer: What if you retain ownership of your
$400,000 home and then cannot even sell it for $20,000 in 12
months time?
Seriously though, I realize there is a risk in selling your
home. I personally believe the risk is higher in NOT
selling, but only you know your own circumstances. Only
you can make that decision. I have done my duty by at
least getting you to think about this.
Question: If I sell, what should I do with
the funds?
Answer: Again, only you know what your personal
circumstances are, so you will understand why I don't offer too
much specific advice. The whole purpose of the exercise is
to get your hands on the value of your real estate. So
whatever you do, don't leave it all in your bank account.
If it were me, this is how I would invest the excess cash:
- Keep 20% in cash in hand, preferably spread across a
number of currencies. (Can be stored in a vault, but
preferably not with a bank - you may not have access to it
when martial law is declared).
- Use 20% to purchase non-numismatic (i.e. no collectors
value - just the value of the metal) gold and/or silver
coins (not shares). Be aware that gold ownership may
soon be declared illegal. The solution is naturally
not to let anyone know about your gold horde.
- Take another 20% and purchase food and other supplies
that you will need to survive for a period of 6 months or
more.
- With the remainder, rent a home in a rural community at
least 100 miles from a major city, ideally with a large
basement or underground shelter.
Remember that we're entering a very different phase of
economic history and the old investment rules simply no longer
apply. Today's circumstances call for creative thinking.
May all your decisions be wise and calculated.
